If you are unable to make payments because of a hardship related to the Coronavirus, please complete the form below to be considered for temporary postponement of payments. Solutions include the ability to postpone or reduce the payment due on your account.

Response Time: Because of the extraordinary events impacting our communities and the high volume of customer inquiries across PNC, it may take us up to 7-10 business days to notify you of the outcome of our review.

Automatic Payments Notice: if you have established automatic payments for your loan or line of credit, and your next payment due date is within the next 10 business days, please call PNC at 888-762-2265 (7 a.m. - 10 p.m., ET Monday – Friday; 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET Saturday & Sunday), instead of submitting this form, to request a temporary hardship program. Otherwise, your automatic payment may process on your next scheduled due date before we are able to process your request.
