The Servicemembers Operations Center (SOC) is the single point of contact for service members requesting Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) Program Benefits and/or protections. Recognizing the important contributions that men and women in the Armed Forces make to our society, PNC adheres to the service member eligibility standards and benefits described in the SCRA and similar state laws.

SCRA State Laws
Please also be aware that certain states may extend Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA)-like benefits under state law. The following states may extend SCRA-like benefits regardless of your military status when the debt was originated. If you were denied SCRA benefits based on post-service debt, and had/have an affiliation with one of these states, please call 1-888-PNC-BANK (1-888-762-2265).
Additionally, the following states may extend SCRA-like benefits to spouses or dependents of service members. If you were denied spousal or dependent SCRA benefits and had/have an affiliation with one of these states, please notify us at 1-888-PNC-BANK (1-888-762-2265).
The Military Lending Act (MLA) provides certain consumer protections to eligible service members and their dependents. Only certain types of consumer credit are subject to the MLA, including most consumer credit card accounts, unsecured lines of credit, educational loans and unsecured installment loans.
Among the protections afforded by the MLA:
PNC Bank determines eligibility at the time the borrower originates his/her loan, line of credit and/or credit card based on information available in a database maintained by the Department of Defense. Once PNC Bank determines eligibility, protections are afforded automatically. Service members and/or their dependents are not required to take any action.

PNC does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. However, third party message and data rates may apply. These include fees your wireless carrier may charge you for data usage and text messaging services. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your specific wireless plan and any data usage or text messaging charges that may apply. Also, a supported mobile device is needed to use the Mobile Banking App. Mobile Deposit is a feature of PNC Mobile Banking. Use of the Mobile Deposit feature requires a supported camera-equipped device and you must download a PNC mobile banking app. Eligible PNC Bank account and PNC Bank Online Banking required. To receive the $100, the Military Banking customer must have an eligible Military Banking Performance Checking account, Performance Select Checking account, Virtual Wallet with Performance Spend or Virtual Wallet with Performance Select at the time you submit an application for a new PNC Core, PNC points or PNC Cash Rewards credit card, have your application approved, and make at least $1,000 in qualifying purchases within the first 90 days following credit card account opening.
The $100 will be in the form of a credit to the eligible checking account provided within 90 days following the qualifying purchase that enabled you to meet the $1,000 minimum requirement. The $100 credit may be subject to tax reporting. Limit one $100 credit per Military Banking checking account. If multiple credit cards are opened with the same primary borrower, only one credit card account will be eligible for the $100 offer.
As used in this offer, the term “qualifying purchases” has the same meaning as in the PNC points Program Terms and Conditions, and the same meaning as "net purchases" in the PNC Cash Rewards Terms and Conditions, or qualifies as a "purchase" under the account terms for PNC Core. That means that, in general, as used in this offer, "qualifying purchases" does not mean all transactions you may make with your credit card account. Some limited transactions are excluded, such as the purchase of a gift card or other cash equivalent product, a purchase made using a convenience check, a cash advance or a balance transfer.
