It’s easy to manage your mortgage loan with Online Banking
Online Banking is your 24/7 secure online resource for viewing important mortgage account information and accessing helpful tools to manage your loan.
Once you've signed on to Online Banking, you can start to make use of the many benefits, including:
- Get organized and save paper with paperless mortgage statements.
- Setup account alerts to stay informed.
- Schedule payments for your mortgage account.
- Access mortgage documents such as your escrow statements and year-end tax statements (form 1098).
- Schedule Recurring Mortgage Payments.

Answers to Common Online Banking Questions
Find answers to some of the common questions about using online banking to service your PNC mortgage
Escrow refers to the taxes and insurance costs you pay as a portion of your mortgage payment.
When your mortgage is created, the escrow portion of your mortgage payment is set aside in an escrow account.
We estimate your escrow amount based on information from your property tax authorities, insurance carrier(s) and any other related expenses.
Alerts when payments are received:
- Sign on to Online Banking.
- Select the profile icon in the upper right corner (it looks like a silhouette of a person).
- Choose Alerts and Communication.
- Select Alert Management.
- Find your PNC mortgage in the Mortgage section and click to expand it.
- All available alerts will appear. Turn on any you wish to receive.
Monthly Statements & Escrow Statements:
- These alerts are set up when you Go Paperless and turn off paper statements (see Go Paperless Steps).
- Access Online Statement Preferences in Online Banking to opt in or out of Alerts for statements.
Year-End Tax Statements:
- This alert is setup when you enroll in Online Banking for the first time.
- Sign on to Online Banking.
- Select Pay and Transfer.
- Choose PNC Payments.
- Find your account and select the green Make a Payment button.
- Choose the appropriate Payment Date and Frequency for your future or recurring transfer.
- Complete the rest of the request with your payment information.
