How to Change Your Card Design
To change your debit card design in the PNC Mobile app[1]:
- Select Cards from the navigation bar.
- Select Card Actions.
- Select Change Card Design.
- Select your preferred Card Design.
- Read the disclosures and select Submit. Your card will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
To change your debit card design in Online Banking:
- Sign on to Online Banking.
- Select the Customer Service tab at the top of the screen.
- Select Debit Card Services under Manage Accounts.
- Select Debit/ATM Services & Resources next to the account associated with the card you’d like to change.
- Select the Change Card Design link next to the image of your current debit card.
- Select your preferred Card Design and select Next at the bottom of the screen.
- Read the disclosures and select Submit. Your card will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
