Find Your User ID or Reset Your Password

In the PNC Mobile app:

In the PNC Mobile app:

  1. From the Sign In screen, select Forgot user ID or Password?
  2. Verify your information and choose how to receive a one-time passcode.
  3. Enter the one-time passcode you receive.
  4. If you previously indicated that you did not know your user ID, it will be displayed.
  5. Enter your new password twice to confirm it.
  6. Select Reset Password to change your password and reset your access.
  7. Select Return to Sign On to sign in with your user ID and new password.

In Online Banking:

  1. From the pnc.com homepage, select Sign On.
  2. Select Forgot user ID or Password?
  3. Enter the one-time passcode you receive.
  4. Enter your new password twice to confirm it.
  5. Select Return to Sign On to sign on with your user ID and new password.

Locked Out of Your Account?

If you’ve been locked out of Online and Mobile Banking for too many incorrect sign on attempts, you must reset your password to re-establish access.
