Language Preference Disclosure
We can record your preference to speak in a language other than English for phone and in-person banking. PNC will communicate with you in your preferred spoken language with a certified employee when service is available or will use interpretation services.
For written communications, you can select Spanish as your preferred language, and we will provide them in Spanish when available. We already offer some communications in Spanish and are continuing to add more. As additional items become available, you will automatically start receiving them in Spanish.
To use the PNC Mobile app in Spanish or choose from multiple languages at the ATM, you can update your preference in the PNC Mobile app or at a PNC ATM.
While some information can be provided in Spanish as a courtesy, it’s important to note that currently, our product and service documentation is primarily in English. If there are any conflicts between English and Spanish versions, the English version will prevail.
Business customers: Language preference updates made to a business profile apply to written communications only. If Spanish is selected at the business profile level, written communications related to the business will be provided in Spanish when available. Language preference updates made to a business individual profile apply to both spoken conversations and written communications and will impact communications related to both the business relationship and the individual’s personal relationship with PNC.
If you have questions or need help understanding your language preference options, you can call 1‑866‑HOLA‑PNC (465‑2762) for service in Spanish, 1-888-PNC- BANK (762-2265), or visit any PNC branch. A banker will be happy to review your language preferences with you and provide additional support.
