Update Account Information

Update your address, phone number, or email address through Online Banking or the PNC Mobile app.

How To Update Your Address, Phone Number, or Email

In the PNC Mobile app:

To update a U.S. phone number:

  1. Select the menu, then select View Profile & Settings.
  2. Select Personal Information.
  3. To add a phone number, select Add Mobile Number.
  4. To remove a phone number, select the Delete icon. If you want to delete the only phone number listed, you’ll need to add and verify another one first.
  5. To change the number that receives text alerts, go to Phone Number for Text Alerts, select the drop-down and choose a number. You may also need to subscribe that number to alerts in Online Banking, if it isn’t already subscribed.

You can update your phone number in the mobile app, but if you need to update your address or email address, you’ll need to use Online Banking.

For a non-U.S. address or phone number, use Message PNC. For an address change, include your new physical, international address or a military box address and contact number.

In Online Banking:

To update an email, U.S. address or U.S. phone number:

  1. Click the Profile and Settings icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Profile. Your personal information appears.
  3. Find what you’d like to change (address, email, phone number) and select Edit next to it.
  4. You can also select Add Address, Add Email or Add Phone if you’d like to add a new one instead.
