For new construction, the Home Rewards Credit paid will be calculated on the commissionable sale price. The following states restrict cash bonuses or incentives in connection with real estate transactions: Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Tennessee. For home sale transactions only in these states, a listing commission reduction of up to 0.55% may be possible.
