Tax forms will start to be mailed to customers mid-January, and will be mailed throughout the remainder of the month.
If you are enrolled in PNC Online Banking, you will also be able to your access tax forms in mid-January.

You can view tax documents in PNC Online Banking through the sign on credentials of the primary and secondary accountholder for Form 1098 using the following steps:
PNC Bank account number(s) will be displayed on all 2021 tax forms.
Checking and Savings accounts may be combined onto the same Form 1099 (when applicable) if the primary accountholder has the same social security number or tax identification number.
For Checking, Savings, CD, or Money Market accounts that closed prior to October 8, 2021:
If you had a BBVA USA account that was closed prior to the conversion of BBVA USA to PNC Bank, you will receive any applicable 2021 tax forms from PNC Bank with a PNC Bank account number listed.
We will send you a separate communication in January providing you with your old BBVA USA account number and associated PNC Bank account number so that you can cross-reference for your tax forms.
For Home Equity Installment Loans, Lines of Credit and Mortgages that closed in 2021, prior to October 8, 2021:
If you had a BBVA USA Home Equity Installment Loan, Line of Credit or Mortgage that was closed prior to the conversion of BBVA USA to PNC Bank, you will receive any applicable 2021 tax forms from PNC Bank with a PNC Bank account number listed.
In September, 2021, prior to the transition of BBVA USA to PNC Bank, you were mailed a separate Notice of Service Transfer communication that provided you with a converted PNC Bank account number that you can cross-reference for your tax forms.
For Home Equity or Mortgage Loans services by RoundPoint Mortgage Services:
If your Home Equity or Mortgage account was previously serviced by RoundPoint Mortgage Services and the ownership and servicing of your account was transferred to PNC Bank, you will receive two (2) applicable tax forms for each transferred account – (one from Round Point Mortgages Services showing the Round Point Mortgage Services account number and one from PNC Bank showing the PNC Bank account number). Both 2021 tax forms will be needed for tax reporting purposes.
Account titling and access rules for online and mobile banking are different at PNC Bank than they were at BBVA USA. Or, we may require more information from you to re-establish your access.

Once you’re signed on to PNC Online and Mobile Banking and can see all of your accounts, please verify and re-establish any payments and online services.
BBVA USA customers received new PNC account and routing numbers when their account(s) transitioned to PNC over the weekend of October 8-11.
Direct deposits, such as payroll, social security, and tax credits, or other recurring payments made to checking, savings or money market accounts should continue without interruption, and PNC will support BBVA USA customers using BBVA USA checks.
We continue to encourage all BBVA USA customers to inform merchants, billers and other institutions of their new account and routing/transit numbers, for their records
Your new account and routing numbers were listed in your personalized Account Transfer Confirmation (ATC) . Your Account Transfer Confirmation was sent to the first named account owner at their primary address.

Please contact PNC at 1-888-762-2265. (International collect: 412-803-7711) for a new PNC debit card. You can also visit select PNC Branches on or after Tuesday October 12, 2021 to have a debit card instantly issued. To find the closest branch with the instant debit card capability, use our Branch Locator. Remember, you can still use your BBVA USA debit card.
The account(s) linked to your PNC debit card are the same account(s) that were linked to your BBVA USA debit card. However, if you had both personal and business accounts on one card, you’ll receive two PNC cards, one for your personal accounts and one for your business accounts.
For security purposes, we do not list your account information with the mailing that contains your card. You can determine what account(s) are linked to your new PNC debit card by using any PNC ATM.
After you enroll in PNC Online or Mobile Banking, you will also be able to determine what account(s) are linked to your card in the Customer Services tab, Debit Card Services Link in Online Banking; or in the Cards tab under Card Actions in Mobile Banking.

You may continue to use your BBVA USA checks until your current supply runs out. In some instances, customers may need to start using PNC checks on or after October 12. In these instances, PNC will mail you new checks in late September or early October at no charge.
There are certain addresses that must be used for mailing payments and third party bill payers.

Debit Cards
January 29 - February 3, 2022 | If you have not yet activated your PNC debit card, your personal or business BBVA USA debit card will be closed during this time. Once your PNC debit card is activated your BBVA USA debit card will be closed. |
February 26, 2022 | If you do not activate your new PNC Bank Visa Debit Card by this date, it will be closed, and you will need to order a new card. Fees may apply. |
Credit Cards
January 31, 2022 | Active BBVA USA Visa credit cards will be deactivated. |
Lines of Credit
January 11, 2022 | You may continue to use your current checks for your BBVA USA line of credit account until this date. After this date, please destroy any unused BBVA USA checks. If you do not receive your new checks by this date, call us at 1-888-PNC-BANK (762-2265). |
Business Customers
January 31, 2022 | Monthly services charges and some other account fees for Business Checking and Money Market accounts will be waived through this date. Please review your Account Transfer Confirmation for specific information about the fees that will be waived for your account. |
