How do I earn points?
By making the everyday purchases you're already making and by activating PNC Purchase Payback offers in your PNC Rewards Center in Online Banking or the PNC Mobile Banking app.
How many points do I get?
Can I link both my personal and business accounts to the same points account?
Yes. Cards can be linked online from your PNC Rewards Center in PNC Online Banking or by calling 1-855-PNC-RWDS (855-762-7937).
What can I get with my points?
Everything from cash to gift cards, travel, electronics and more. Gift cards from Target, Amazon, and Starbucks, round-trip travel and hotel stays are just a few of the 1000s of great rewards—including cash—you can get for the everyday purchases you're already making. Point values are subject to change.
Is there a maximum number of points I can earn and redeem or PNC Purchase Payback offers I can activate and redeem at one time?
No, there is no maximum.
Do points expire?
Earned points expire at the end of the 48th month after the month in which they were posted to your points account or they will be forfeited if your account is closed.
How do I redeem points?

If I activate a PNC Purchase Payback offer and use my eligible card at the retailer before the offer expires, when will I get my points?
Normally, points will be rewarded for all earned PNC Purchase Payback offers around the 20th of the month following the qualifying purchase. Typically, points are credited within 10 business days. However it may take up to 90 days for some transactions such as online purchases or foreign transactions.
If I opt out of PNC Purchase Payback, will I opt out of PNC points, too?
No, if you opt out of PNC Purchase Payback in Online Banking, you will still be participating in PNC points and continue to earn points on everyday purchases.
What if I haven't received my PNC Purchase Payback points after 90 days?
Please call us at 1-855-PNC-RWDS (855-762-7937).
Can I cancel a redemption order I've already placed?
No, once you've placed your redemption order, you cannot cancel it.
Can I view my PNC points information and PNC Purchase Payback offers in PNC Online Banking?
Yes, most of your points account information is available on your PNC Rewards Center in PNC Online Banking which displays a summary of your points, participating and eligible card points balances and all new, active and earned PNC Purchase Payback offers. You can access the PNC points website from your PNC Rewards Center in PNC Online Banking.
If you currently are not a PNC Online Banking or Mobile Banking customers, you can also access your PNC points account information at pncpoints.pnc.com.
How do points add up on my PNC points participating credit cards?
You get 4 points for each $1 you spend on qualifying purchases made with your PNC points Visa credit card. You earn 5 points for each $1 you spend on purchases made with your PNC points Visa Business or PNC BusinessOptions℠ credit card.
How can I earn even more rewards with my PNC points credit card?
You can earn even more rewards with a PNC points Visa credit card combined with a Virtual Wallet, Virtual Wallet with Performance Spend, Performance checking, Virtual Wallet with Performance Select or Performance Select checking account.
