Do You Already Use PNC Online Banking Regularly?

Effective October 25, 2020, you will no longer be able to make your Mortgage payments through SpeedPay. Future-dated payments scheduled via the SpeedPay option online prior to October 25, 2020 will be paid as scheduled. You are able to make your payments with PNC Online Banking. Please review the information below and complete the following actions to make payments with ease.

  • Log in to PNC Online Banking
  • Select the “Make a Payment” button within the account activity page.
  • Set up either a one-time or recurring payment

Do You Need to Enroll in Online Banking?

Future-dated payments scheduled via the SpeedPay option online prior to October 25, 2020 will be paid as scheduled. You will need to enroll in PNC Online Banking to continue making your loan payments online.   • Your social security number (SSN)
  • Your credit line or loan account number
  • Your online access PIN
  • Once you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can set up one-time or recurring payments by signing on, selecting the “Make a Payment” button within the account activity page tab. 
  • Review your scheduled payment dates to make sure there is no interruption in payments.

Due to recent technology enhancements, we are changing the way you can make payments at PNC. The current SpeedPay website is in the process of being decommissioned, and if you wish to continue making payments online, you will need to enroll in, or log into access, PNC Online Banking and set up payments. Otherwise, you will need to utilize another payment method to make a payment to your loan. (Online, Mobile, IVR, Check or Branch)

From 10/25/2020 to 11/24/2020 some additional payment options will not be available online when paying from a non-PNC account.  To make a Principal Only, Escrow Only, Late Fee Only or Non-Sufficient Funds Fee Only payment call 1-800-822-5626 and say “make a payment” to access our Interactive Voice Response system or to contact an agent.

There may be fees associated with your chosen payment method; however, paying by mail or through PNC Online banking is free.

Future-dated payments scheduled via the SpeedPay option online prior to October 25, 2020 will be paid as scheduled.

No, your current monthly payment due date will remain the same.

No, there will be no change to your account number. It will remain the same.

You can enroll in PNC Online Banking at www.pnc.com/olb. To get started, you will need:

  • Your social security number (SSN)
  • Your credit line or loan account number
  • Your online access PIN (being sent to you via USPS mail)

Please remove the link from your favorites and bookmark pnc.com for future payments. Please no longer use the SpeedPay site to pay your PNC mortgage.

  • “Make a payment” for assistance making a one-time phone payment (A fee for this service may apply)
