What are the different ways I can make a payment on my loan?

  1. You can make an electronic transfer through Online Banking via;
    - The Transfer Funds tab, or
    - Online Bill Pay through the Pay Bills tab.
  2. You can make a payment over the phone. There is a $10 fee for making a payment over the phone.
  3. You can mail a check or money order, or
  4. You can have it automatically withdrawn using our Automatic Payment
    Deduction Program and payments will be withdrawn from your designated checking account.


How do I enroll in the Automatic Payment Deduction Program?

You can enroll in our automatic payment deduction program by either downloading the form provided through Online Banking or by calling us at 1-888-762-2265 and requesting a form.

To enroll through Online Banking:

  1. Select your loan that needs to be set up with an Automatic Payment Deduction Program from the “My Accounts Summary” page.
  2. You will be sent to your Account Activity page.
  3. Navigate to the “Maintenance” tab on the right side of the page and click on it.
  4. Click Download form link under Automatic Payment Deduction.
  5. Print and complete sign-up form. Send the completed form along with a voided check to the address noted on the form.
  6. After mailing the completed form, please continue to make your payments until you receive a letter confirming when the automatic deductions will begin.

My line of credit draw period will be expiring soon, what are the terms of my repayment?

You can find the terms of your repayment in your original note listed under the repayment terms section. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-762-2265. For information about refinancing, please contact us at 1-877-487-3420.


Where can I find my payoff information?

You can review your payoff information for your loan through Online Banking. Once you have signed onto Online Banking:

  1. Select your loan account from the “My Accounts Summary” page.
  2. You will be sent to your Account Activity page.
  3. From your Account Activity page, you should find information regarding your loan payoff. There are some circumstances where payoff information will not be displayed. For those types of accounts, you will be directed to call us at 1-888-762-2265.


I see an unfamiliar charge on my statement, how can I get more information?

If you see an unfamiliar charge on your statement or within Online Banking, please call us at 1-888-762-2265.


Where can I find my full account number?

Look on the detachable portion of your statement or coupon that you would return with a payment by mail. Your account number will be displayed there.


Why am I receiving calls regarding my loan account being past due when I have a grace period?

There is a period of time between your loan payment due date and when a late charge is assessed, however, your payment is considered late if it is not received by the due date. If your payment is not received by the due date, you may receive reminders via phone or mail regarding the status of your payment.


My automatic payment is due to draw from my account, and I will not have the funds available. Is there any way to stop that payment?

We can stop your scheduled automatic payment as long as you notify us at least 2 business days prior to your due date. Please note that late fees may apply if we do not receive your payment by the due date.

I am having financial difficulties, is there anything that can be done to assist me?

If you are having financial difficulties, it’s best to make us aware of your situation. We may have a payment program available to help you through your financial hardship.
