There are three ways to avoid the $12 monthly maintenance fee for your PNC business checking account. First, you may maintain an average monthly balance of $500. Second, you may use a linked PNC business credit card to make a minimum of $500 in eligible purchases (goods or services purchased with an eligible PNC credit card account) during the billing cycle immediately prior. Finally, you may maintain an eligible linked Merchant Account and generate a minimum of $500 in qualifying monthly processing deposits.

PNC checks all three options when assessing monthly fees. As long as one of these options has been maintained, PNC may waive the fee for the assessed month.

Business Checking includes up to 150 transactions per month at no charge. Transaction totals are calculated based on the combined volume of deposits, deposited items, paid items, and ACH credits and debits received2.

Business accounts come with online bill pay. Eligible accounts include access to Cash Flow Insight®, including Expense and Income Reports, Calendar and Pay and Get Paid. These are tools designed to help you make informed decisions for your business.

Business checking accounts may enable overdraft protection for no extra setup fee. If you opt into overdraft protection, PNC Bank will cover charges by pulling funds from a different linked account when there are insufficient funds in your account.
