How to Change Your Card Design

To change your debit card design in the PNC Mobile app[1]:

  1. Select Cards from the navigation bar.
  2. Select Card Actions.
  3. Select Change Card Design.
  4. Select your preferred Card Design.
  5. Read the disclosures, verify your information, and select Submit. Your card will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

To change your debit card design in Online Banking:

  1. Sign on to Online Banking.​
  2. Select Cards.
  3. Find the debit card you'd like to customize in the list.
  4. Next to the card, select Card Actions, then Change Debit Card Design.
  5. Select your new design from the list.
  6. Select Confirm, then read the disclosures and verify your information. Your card will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
