How to Change Your Card Design
To change your debit card design in the PNC Mobile app[1]:
- Select Cards from the navigation bar.
- Select Card Actions.
- Select Change Card Design.
- Select your preferred Card Design.
- Read the disclosures and select Submit. Your card will arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
To change your debit card design in Online Banking:
- Sign on to Online Banking.
- Select Cards.
- Find the debit card you'd like to customize in the list.
- Next to the card, select Card Actions, then Change Debit Card Design.
- Select your new design from the list.
- Select Confirm, then verify your information to request the new card.
