A U.S. government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, a non-driving state identification card, a military ID, or a passport.
Personal information, including Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), date of birth, and current residential address.

Virtual Wallet with Performance Select includes no charge for using other banks' domestic or international ATMs and up to $10 fee reimbursement per statement cycle for other banks' ATM surcharge fees.
PNC does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. However, third party message and data rates may apply. These include fees your wireless carrier may charge you for data usage and text messaging services. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your specific wireless plan and any data usage or text messaging charges that may apply. Also, a supported mobile device is needed to use the Mobile Banking App. Mobile Deposit is a feature of PNC Mobile Banking. Use of the Mobile Deposit feature requires a supported camera-equipped device and you must download a PNC mobile banking app. Eligible PNC Bank account and PNC Bank Online Banking required. Certain other restrictions apply. See the mobile banking terms and conditions in the Digital Services Agreement.
PNC Easy Lock is not a replacement for reporting your debit or credit card lost or stolen. If you believe your debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, please contact PNC immediately at 1-888-762-2265 and continue to monitor your account activity for unauthorized transactions.
Qualifying direct deposit is defined as a recurring Direct Deposit of a paycheck, pension, Social Security, or other regular income electronically deposited by an employer or an outside agency. Credit card cash advance transfers, wire transfers, person-to-person transfers, transfers from one account to another, or deposits made at a branch, ATM, mobile device, or through the mail do not qualify as qualifying direct deposits.
The 25-age waiver and/or 62-age waiver will only be applied if the date of birth for the primary or secondary owner(s) on the account meets the age requirement. The date of birth for a fiduciary (i.e. Rep Payee, Trustee) is not eligible for the waiver. If no date of birth is on file, waiver eligibility is based on the date of account opening.
Low Cash Mode is only available on the Spend account of your Virtual Wallet product.
